Who we are

RenovationCrew is a renovation company serving the Greater Toronto Area. You can reach us about privacy at info@renovationcrew.ca. Our privacy officer is responsible for how we handle personal information. You can reach them at info@renovationcrew.ca.

What we collect

• What you send through the quote form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, city, type of job, budget range, timing, your description and any photos.
• Messages you send us by phone, text, WhatsApp or email.
• Your IP address, which we use for one hour to limit repeat form submissions and stop spam.
• Anonymous visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies or follow you to other websites.

Why we use it

We use your information to reply to you, prepare an estimate and quote, schedule and carry out the work, and keep normal business records. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for marketing without your consent.

Where it goes

Quote requests are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, which keeps a delivery log of each message for a limited time. This website is hosted on Cloudflare, and we may also keep a copy of your request and photos in secure storage with Cloudflare. These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and photos for as long as we need them to reply, prepare a quote, do the work and keep our normal business records. When we no longer need them, we delete them. Our email provider deletes its delivery logs on its own schedule.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@renovationcrew.ca. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
