Are you insured?
Yes. We carry liability insurance and WSIB coverage.
Can you help with water damage?
Yes. Once the leak is stopped, we repair the drywall, flooring and trim. Urgent water damage gets a same-day call back, so call rather than use the form.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. No job is too small or too big for us. A lot of what we do is smaller work: a door that sticks, a bathroom update, new flooring in one room. If you have a few small jobs, group them together to make the most of a visit.
Do I need a building permit?
It depends on the work. Painting, flooring and trim usually don’t. Finishing a basement, adding or moving plumbing, changing structure and building a second unit usually do. We’ll tell you at the estimate.
How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form, text us a few photos, or call. Smaller jobs can often be priced from photos. For bigger projects we come out to see the space.
Are estimates free?
Yes. Estimates and site visits are free, and the quote you get is in writing.
How quickly will you get back to me?
We reply within 1 business day. If it’s urgent, call us.
Can you work while we live in the house?
Yes. Most of our jobs happen in homes people are living in. We protect floors, control dust and clean up at the end of each day.
Do you give a fixed price?
Yes. Your written quote lists the scope, the price and the expected timeline before any work starts. If you change something along the way, we price the change in writing first.
Can I send photos instead of booking a visit?
Yes. Attach up to five photos to the quote form, or text them to us.
Do you build legal basement apartments?
Yes. Second units need a building permit and have to meet Ontario Building Code rules for fire separation, exits and smoke alarms. We’ll check what your house needs before you commit.

The Greater Toronto Area, from Burlington and Milton in the west to Oshawa in the east and up to Newmarket.
